A private house in the form of a traditional Okinawan folk house. It is said that the owner was a successful farmer and was an old house that served as a weigher of grain for the Ryukyu Kingdom. The building is approximately 156 years old. It was used for the filming of "Sunny Girl," a drama series co-produced by China and Taiwan.

Description
This house was once the residence of a family that measured tribute grains for the Ryukyu Kingdom. It was built around 1861. The building has a length of 14.5 meters and a width of 7.3 meters. It is a one-storied wooden building with a hipped roof and red tiles. On the southwest side are "ichiban-za"(a guest room) and "niban-za"(an altar room) side by side, both 8.2 square meters in size, "ura-za"(a back room) on the east side, and "sanban-za"(the living room) and kitchen on the north side. It has the form of a traditional Okinawan house, with "amahaji"(extending eaves) supported by Chinese black pine pillars around its perimeter.
